The Longhorn Research Poster Session (LRPS) is an exhibition of scholarly and creative work and gives students from across a variety of colleges and schools the chance to present their achievements to a campus-wide audience. For Research Week 2024, Longhorn Research Poster Session presenters will participate in one of three sessions taking place in the Perry-Castañeda Library from 9-10:30 a.m., 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., and 1-2:30 p.m. on April 10.

Every November and April, seniors in the Plan II Honors Program present their original thesis research in a series of oral presentations. The Senior Thesis Symposium is comprised of sessions covering a wide range of interdisciplinary topics, including literature, science, history, creative writing, music, healthcare, engineering, philosophy, business, and politics. We are proud to announce our Spring 2024 Plan II Thesis Symposium on April 15 and April 16, 10:00 in the Glickman Conference Center. Complimentary refreshments will be provided for attendees. The 2023 CNS Honors Thesis Symposium will take place on Thursday, April 18 and Friday, April 19 in the Willam C. Powers Student Activity Center and Welch Hall. Undergraduate students in Dean’s Scholars, Health Science Scholars, and Polymathic Scholars will present their capstone research in faculty-moderated panels over two days.
